DVA Prescriber
When requesting footwear, providing as much information as possible about the Veteran’s foot condition and footwear needs is helpful. This can include information about any existing conditions, the required footwear, and any other relevant medical history.
We offer a selection of ready-made DVA-approved styles to choose from.

What to bring along
- Footwear prescription
- A pair of socks
- The shoes that they will be leaving for modifications or repairs
- Bring the footwear that the custom moulded orthoses will be fitted to
- Any other information that you think we might need
- Club membership or letter if applying for DVA recreational footwear
