Approvals

New Footwear and orthoses
Once we have received written approval from the NDIS, we will start making your footwear.
We may need you to come back for measurements or to take plaster moulds/casts and your footwear will take approx. 4-6 weeks to complete.

Assessments/Quotes/Modifications/Repairs

We will contact your Coordinator to discuss whether you have this in your plan and which line item number we use to claim for these services.
You will need to leave your footwear with us for modifications and repairs.

Footwear/Orthoses Supply

We will phone you to organise your fitting and collection appointment.  This is where we fit you and make sure that your footwear/orthoses are fitting correctly and we discuss the recommended guidelines for “wearing in new shoes and orthoses”.

Check ups

It is a supply requirement that you come back for a check-up within 4 weeks following this “wearing in” period to make sure everything is working right for you.
